  We are specialised in the manufacture of needle punched and thermobonded felts. Natural and manmade reprocessed fibers are needle punched after mixed in certain ratios then depending on the application we do thermobonding by using binding reclaimed fibres to make the felt hard one.

Innerspring mattresses are the main application areas for our felts. Our thermobonded felts are the ideal products to be used as over spring isolator materials which protects other filling materials from the springs and prevents the body to feel them. We can produce the hard felt in different densities, thickness and ask for. Our thermobonded felts are cutting the total costs by saving time during installation while increasing the quality of end products.		  
         
  In innerspring furniture applications, thermobonned hard felt is playing another important role as over spring insulator material especially during the manufacture of innerspring sofas. Also needle punched mixed fibres felt with polypropylene net is quilted with upholstery fabric as filler pad.  
         
  Our needle punched cushioning felts are widely used with ticking during quilting process as filler pad. The pads produced from mixed reclaimed fibers are quilted with fabric and also wadding and interlining. Needle punched cotton felts are from reclaimed cotton fibers and quilted just under the ticking in summer sides of mattresses. During the process to make winter sides of innnerspring mattresses, producers are using needle punched wool felts consisting of recycled wool fibres.

  Beside bedding and furniture industries, thermobonned hard felts have important place in carpet underpadding applications. Especially from wall to wall floor coverings, installers are preferring our felts as underpadding material because it is easly handled and cut, also strong and lightweight.  
         
  Insulator for sound, heat-cold and suitable to be moulded and die-cut then used under floor coverings, hood, in doors, trunk and headliners in automotive industry.  
         
  Isolation in pipes transmitting water and gas can be provided with needle punched felts which are beign used also for the same purpose in roof for heat and cold. In these applications we see the good examples for usage of technical textiles in construction.
